<p><p>Just been for a run around our neighbourhood, You should make sure that you are not always doing the same sort of cardio, your body adapts to the way you train very quickly and you need to keep your body guessing in order to not reach a plateau.</p><br />
<p>This week, I have run tabata sprints, and then stair intervals so today I did what I like to call the long slow boring run, basically a 5km run at a pace that I can keep all day. :0)</p><br />
<p>When I got back, I went into to the garden for some hammertime. Im thinking that I still look so girly when Im doing these, but hey I still got it done, next time Ill got for the heavier hammer. After we move I think that we will get the tire set up in a way that we do not have to hammer so low.</p><br />
<p>I did tabata hammering and then made use of my gym rings and did some modified pull ups (no video of the pull ups though!)</p><br />

I have just had the most amazing weekend. It was spent taking the Agatsu Kettlebell certification. 2 days of intense learning and working out.
Yesterday we spent the whole day on our feet, learning, performing the various exercises. Unlike other certifications that you can take, you are hands on the whole time, I loved this aspect. Shawn also makes sure that we can teach the exercises, so we would take it in turns teaching the other people on the course.
As I am someone new to training people, this was such a big help to me, it gave me confidence and also reinforced that I do know how to put my knowledge into words.
We also have set workout circuits to complete during the 2 days, one being called Chrissy.
We had to complete this workout at the end of day 1. Bear in mind we have been swinging the kettlebells all day. I cant wait to get over the muscle soreness that I have now, and try this workout fresh, just to see how much my time improve.
<p>Following my theme of the burgers, I want to share this video with you. Im warning you that it is not nice, however, you need to know what may be inside this kind of processed food.</p>
<p>I was watching Jillian McKeiths, You are What you Eat and loved how she showed the couple just what they were eating. Im so happy someone put it onto You Tube as I really wanted to share it with you!</p>

<p>Remember the less processed food we eat the better, stick with whole foods and you will not be eating blood clots, pigs snouts etc …
Just got back from training at the Dojo, Im really enjoying training there, I have to go there 3-4 times a week to clean the mats etc so I took the KBs there as its a much nicer environment than my basement.
I am working really hard at getting my form corrected for the windmills, so I took some more video this morning.
Have a look and let me know. I added weight today and this helped me to slow my decent down, but wow what a difference weight makes.
Please critique me, I have really needed pointing in the right direction with this exercise.
