What a fabulous programme !
There are 25 different workout schedules and each one lasts 6 weeks, there are different themes to choose from such as cardio, core, strength or a combination of all. You also choose your commitment level wether it be 2,3 or 4 times a week.
Once you have decided on your schedule you print that off and then you go to the workout card section, there are 30 different workout cards, you just need to print out the workout cards needed for your particular schedule. There are enough schedules to keep you going with workouts for at least a year!
The workout cards then become your journal page. The workout is laid out for you and what i really like is that Caroline has taken the time to label each exercise with the corresponding page number in the workout manual, no more wasting time flicking through the manual. There is also space to log how the workout went, how you are feeling, you can log your meals for the day.
Keeping the journal is an awesome tool for you to look back on as you become fitter and stronger, it will also help you stay on track with your particular goals.
I have printed out the exercise manual and the way each exercise is explained with pictures and words makes it very easy for someone new to workingout with Kettlebells to follow.
I am brand new to Kettlebells and after only working out following this programme for 1 week i am hooked.
