Crazy workouts
Posted in Uncategorized on 03/18/2009 10:41 am by adminI love being back and motivated. Im feeling smaller and stronger. Which is awesome because I was really worried about loosing momentum from not being able to train, to be honest I think that the rest did me the world of good.
Mondays workout was just plain crazy.
400m run 40 squats, 40 modified pull ups, 40 lunges 40 press ups 15 burpees 3 times through
These kind of workouts should be done for time, but I left my stopwatch at home.
I ended up taking Tuesday off as I had a meeting downtown that took most of the day.
Today I decided to run a 5km, I walked for 5 mins to warm up and then ran it in 25 minutes, not my best time but it will do :0)
I have to remember to focus on getting some back exercises in, I want to strengthen my back to pull my shoulders back so Im not looking as rounded. Today I did some one arm rows and lots of stretching.
