Wednesday’s workout

I am totally focused on my workouts, I’m working hard on the diet side but its still not 100% arrgghhh. Life throws us these challenges and I will overcome whats happening with my lack of focus.
I did a strength workout today, i went into the gym as I wanted to watch my form in the mirror, its all well and dandy thinking that you are doing awesome and adding weight but if your form is no good, you will end up injuring yourself. It is much better to drop the weight slow down and focus on the muscles that are working, believe me you will get a much better workout.
One of the exercises is a 1 arm swing, I’m up to the 35lb Kettlebell now and today I did 2 sets of ladder swings. So you do 5 on the left 5 on the right, then 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. This really got my heart rate up, oh and I also cleared a space around me in the busy gym !!! LOL People are scared the kettlebell will go flying !!!
My goal for today is to stay on track, no BAD food allowed !
