Mondays goals
Posted in Afterburn, Goal setting on 03/10/2008 12:18 pm by adminJust had the best weekend, on Saturday it was my other halves 40th birthday party. We had around 25 people come to help celebrate, yes there was too much food and alcohol consumed, but it was a fun night.
The worst part was the clocks going forward, so we got to bed at around 3.30 ish and then lost the hour of sleep, we were all so tired yesterday and it was hard to get up this morning.
That being said I went to the gym for my Afterburn workout; it is the start of week 3. My leg is not sore at all now and I am able to push the workouts.
Water is great today I need to get this weekend out of my system and move forward again.
Goals for this week are ….
To get my water consumption back to 120 oz again.
10,000 steps per day.
More fruit and vegetables
Make each workout count, no more going through the motions.

Happy birthday to hubby!
It sounds like your refining your focus. We all need to do that once in a while. Good work…and yeah…the time change is horrible. Dark again in the morning. Blech.

Happy 40th to your hubby! 40 is a great number….it’s when 41 comes that ain’t so great
Glad your leg is not giving you trouble…..
I said “No more going through the motions” about 3 weeks ago…..I think it’s paying off…I feel alot stronger…..it’s a good thing to say!
keep at it!

The weekend sounded like great fun! Happy big 4-0 to your husband!
Your goals are great. I need to get back to posting weekly and daily goals. I found it really kept me focused.

Great work! Keep pushing those workouts to the max. You’re exactly right; there’s no need to just go through the motions when you have the opportunity to make every workout count.
The great thing is that we can all get better everyday as long as we don’t let circumstances rule our lives. Set a goal and go get it.
Nice blog!
