Thighs 18.5″
Calves 15″
Biceps 10.5″
Neck 13″
Wrist 6″
Chest 37.25″
Body Fat somewhere between 24-27%, I need to get it checked properly.
MP3 is charged, exercise clothes ready to go. I’ve re read the book today and I can’t wait to start this journey!
