Friday update
Posted in Crossfit, Sickness on 02/01/2008 09:34 am by adminWow its Friday again. I have taken it really easy this week; I only went to my crossfit class. We learnt the clean and press, I was really surprised that I was able to do it; my hip was not hurting at all. I took about 20 mins after to really focus on stretching my legs and back out.
I have the chiro again this afternoon and we will do a progress report, I feel so good, not 100% but well enough to get back at it.
This unexpected injury has messed up my afterburn program; I think that I will just get back to it where I got injured rather than missing a week out. Week 9s exercises got really hard and I need to do them for 4 weeks I can only imagine what weeks 12-16 will be like.
I’m feeling really soft and squidgy today, im hoping that it will go away quickly when im exercising again.
I have kept my diet clean, and I have drunk my water.

A short time away is much better than a long one. You’re being smart about taking it slow. Good job on the food and water!

Squidgy? That’s such a cute word! I bet you look CUTE all squidgy
I am the queen of injury - so I know your pain lol….take it easy….I wish i would’ve listened to that advice when given to me….boo hoo.
Eating clean & water is key! Keep at ‘er!
