SORE!!
Posted in Crossfit on 10/08/2008 09:56 am by adminWOW, the workout yesterday has fried my back and my quads. I almost never get sore quads so im happy about that ;0)
Today my workout was
Run 3 laps of the track (in my gym that is about 400m in total)
50 squats
50 push ups
50 situps Repeat the above 5 times
Finished in 34.05
Note to self make sure i read the workout properly. For the 1st 3 rounds i didnt do the push ups. Not good trying to get 250 push ups in 2 rounds. My arms are fried, i couldnt even hold the stretching mat. Apart from that another great workout.
