Thursdays workout
Posted in Crossfit on 10/01/2008 09:45 am by adminIm still finding that i need to baby my shoulder, when will this ever go away. My workout today included thrusters, so i dropped the weight down so that i dont cause more damage.
Run 400m
50 thrusters
50 sit ups
Run 400m
25 thrusters
25 sit ups
Run 400m
50 thrusters
50 sit ups
Run 400 m
This workout was for time, BUT when i started the stopwatch i must have double clicked it, i realised that the watch wasnt going after id done 400m and the 50 thrusters, i started the watch again then and my time was 15.25. Quite annoyed about that, but i still got a great workout in.
