Mondays workout

I have never had a problem with getting my workouts in, as i said before I really need to focus on my diet. This weekend really proved to me that i need to keep my head in the game everyday. I am not having binges but more not eating enough of anything.
Todays workout went so well, by keeping a log of my workouts i can see where I am improving and what i need to work on. I was really frustrated a couple of weeks ago, but now i seem to be on fire, my running is back up to speed so this is really helping get my times down.
I think that i will drive you all crazy with my videos but here is another one !! I filmed just before the workout and then 30 minutes after. You can see how ‘ill’ i look after but i will take that as i just smashed another time !!!!

I don’t mind the eating right…it’s getting and staying into the routine of cooking…and having enough leftovers for upcoming lunches and in between meals.
I like the video work, Kelly. Maybe you’ll end up being an award winning documentarist! (Yeah…I just made up a new word)
