400m plus AMRAP ( as many reps as possible) pull ups, i did modified pull ups as i am still not at a point where i can kip.
I did 7 rounds plus 200m. The reps were 21,15,12,11,15,12,15.
This was the closest that i have come to puking in the gym for a long time, i was a state for about 30 mins after, and i didnt stop shaking till i ate.
Not moaning, i love it ;0)
I compared it to May 23rd 08. Woohooo did 1 full round extra !!!!! Im HAPPY
