1st workout went well!
Posted in Fit Yummy Mummy on 08/06/2008 10:00 am by adminI got to the gym last night and i did the Fit Yummy mummy workout, i just dropped the weights down. Then i did some light intervals on the treadmill (walking 4.5mph and changing the incline). Bear in mind that my normal speed on the tradmill is to take it easy at 6mph and sprint at 12 mph, so i was VERY GOOD!
I was surprised by the sweat that i got, but it felt so good!
Not much more to say, im starting to pack for the holiday, we are off again for a weeks camping, we leave on Friday morning. I should be able to check in a couple of times depends if i can find a starbucks ;0) Frustrated about the not being able to swim part, but Mals coming too so the girls are going to still have loads of fun in the water. We are going in a big group so i am certain we are going to make many awesome memories.

Heal up and you’ll be back at it in no time. I’m jealous. I wish i was headed right back out on vacation again myself!

Hey Kelly! OMG! Not sure if you got my previous message, but now I want to do the Peach Classic also. I will take to Claire’s dad next week as he is away to get tips, advice etc and might have a friend here in St. Albert that will do some around here. Went for a run this morning, felt great, glad to here you are able to begin working out again. Touch base when you guys are back from camping, have a great time! Say Hi to the family!
